Who should Armenia send to Stockholm 2016?

Time is like thunder as it comes and goes really fast, it feels like we just knew that Sweden won Eurovision yesterday, that the Globen will be the building hosting the Eurovision next year and some countries had already announced their delegations. The first country to announce their delegation this year, was the Netherlands and they would be sending Douwe Bob to Stockholm, then Montenegro announced that the would send Highway Trio to the 2016 vision in less than 48 hours  after their confirmation about their participation. In a count of days, Armenia would be announcing their representative. We haven't known the name of the delegation but at least, we got a clue. The video, said that it would be a girl and I got a some names which might represent Armenia in the Globen.

 1.Athena Manoukian
The first possible delegation, is Athena Manoukian who is an Armenian Australian singer who nearly became a member of Genealogy. She won't be a bad choice because she is a good singer and I'm sure that she wouldn't bring shame  to Armenia. By the way, I don't know much songs from Athena but I recommend the one titled 'XO'.

 2.Sirusho
The second possible delegation, is already a Eurovision alumni and she is Sirusho, who represented Armenia in Belgrade during the 2008 contest. She was my favorite from 2008 and my winner too, in my opinion her song 'Qele Qele' which is an upbeat song, could be considered pretty addictive. Like other Eurovision fan, I also think that Russia didn't deserve
to win in 2008, 'Believe' could be considered as a fine song but Dima Bilan's excess use of whistle pitches actually made the song sound so good until it irritates me a lot. Overall, I would be filled with joy, if Sirusho comes back to Eurovision with a song like Qele Qele.

3. Tamar Kaprelian
If the crowd was allowed to choose, I'm sure that Armenia would send Tamar, her appearance with Genealogy made  me fall in love with her. She didn't just did a great job in building  bridges with her bandmates in Genealogy but with other contestants too. Her collaboration with Stephanie Topalian (Armenia), Elina Born (Estonia), Maria-Elena Kyriakou (Greece) and Elhaida Dani, was amazing, the majestic song was written and composed by Tamar and that power ballad, was a real masterpiece. About Tamar, she is not just an amazing and beautiful singer but she is also smart, she is currently residing in New York and studying in Columbia University, which is one of the world's top 10 universities. Her songs are also good, my favorite is Raining In Paradise and New Day. Overall, I can't deny that Tamar might do a great job in Stockholm and maybe, Armenia could win with her majestic songs. I actually think that, Armenia has much more possibility to get a good place if they send Tamar, as a few months ago I signed a petition made by a Eurovision fan about telling the Public Television of Armenia to send Tamar, so, don't forget to sign it if you want to see Tamar in Stockholm.

Overall, we still need to wait for Armenia to announce their delegation and we can't predict it too. So, I actually hope that they would send Tamar to Stockholm but besides these 3 names, we also have other names like Iveta Mukuchyan and Lilit Hovhannisyan, as the rumoured names for Stockholm 2016. This year Armenia, did a great job by building bridges between 5 continents, to mark the 100 year of the Armenian Genocide. They united 6 people from different parts of the world, who are united through their Armenian blood. So, who would be representing them in Stockholm, would it be a member from the band? or a past contestant? maybe someone new? Well, we can't predict it so lets just wait until October 13 for Armenia to announce their representative.

Thank you very much for reading and feel free to comment.
